Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and are available only if the student has not started the course. A course is considered started once any course content has been accessed. After 24 hours or once started, no refund is available.

This policy is provided to satisfy course sponsor disclosure requirements under applicable state continuing education regulations.
