Regulated education, rebuilt from the inside.
Lurnor is built around a simple idea: regulated education does not have to feel outdated, confusing, or unnecessarily complicated.
Created by someone who spent years modernizing technology and operations inside one of the country’s largest REALTOR® associations, Lurnor was built from firsthand experience. Wherever the industry accepts unnecessary complexity, Lurnor redesigns the system from first principles.

When I talk about it, nobody believes me. When I build it, everyone knows it’s true.
Before Lurnor, I spent more than seven years at Las Vegas REALTORS®, a trade association serving roughly 15,000 members and one of the largest local associations in the country. I started as Chief Technology Officer, became Chief Innovation Officer, then Chief Operating Officer, including nine months as Interim CEO.
In every role, I watched the same preventable problems repeat. The software was dated. The compliance work was manual. The learning experience was an afterthought. The industry accepted it because “we’ve always done it this way.”
None of it had to be that way.
I built Lurnor from the ground up: AI-native product strategy, system architecture, user experience, and the full stack underneath. Course delivery. Compliance workflows. Reporting. Progress tracking. Regulatory operations. An education platform built for the AI era.
“Every manual process is just software that hasn’t been written yet.”

Building the platform that fixes the friction he kept running into.
The principles that built Lurnor.
Compliance before convenience.
Every workflow begins with what the regulator requires, not with shortcuts around it. Our job is to hide that complexity so learners experience software that feels simple while remaining fully compliant.
Remove unnecessary work.
Every manual process is software that hasn't been written yet.
We start by asking why the work exists at all. If a computer can perform it more reliably, more accurately, and more transparently, the work belongs in software, not on someone's checklist.
Respect the learner's time.
Continuing education is a professional requirement, not someone's entire day. The platform should disappear into the background so learners can focus on learning. Every minute spent fighting the platform is a minute not spent learning.
Build what you've operated.
Lurnor wasn't imagined. It was operated first. Years spent responsible for the technology, operations, and compliance systems inside a major REALTOR® association shaped a platform that redesigns those systems from the perspective of the operator instead of the vendor.
Rated by the people who use it.
These are live, platform-wide averages from official student evaluations: the platform, the instructors, and the courses.
