001 — Why teach

Six reasons why instructors choose Lurnor over building their own platform.

01

Earn revenue per enrollment, not per hour.

Every student who enrolls in a course with your name on it pays you. No upfront cost, no hidden fees, no production minimums. Transparent dashboard, automated payouts.

02

Built-in student base finds you.

Students discover your courses through the Lurnor catalog. No marketing, no SEO grind, no ad spend. The school sponsors. Lurnor distributes. You teach.

03

Professional audio narration is included.

Every course gets persona-matched TTS narration. Students get a premium learning experience with multi-accent support, automatically generated from approved content.

Compliance is baked into the platform.

State distance-ed rules, document submission, legal citation engine, exam administration, and certificate generation are all handled automatically by Lurnor, not by you.

002 — How it works

Four steps from application to your first enrolled student.

01
Step one · Apply

Submit your instructor application.

Add your credentials, a few personal details, and required documentation. Most applications take just a few minutes to complete.

02
Step two · Get recruited

Schools recruit you to their roster.

After onboarding is complete, participating schools can recruit you to their roster and list you on approved courses through Lurnor.

03
Step three · Answer questions

Reply when a student asks a question.

If a student enrolled in a course you're assigned to instruct asks a question, we'll send you a text. You simply answer their question, usually a few sentences.

04
Step four · Get paid

Earn 50% on student enrollments.

You'll earn 50% of enrollment fees on Lurnor-sponsored courses where you're the assigned instructor, whether students ask questions or not.
