A clearer Nevada license workspace for renewal
Nevada real-estate license holders can now review their credential, renewal cycle, documents, mailing progress, and signature authorization from one clearer place.

Your Nevada license now sits at the center of the renewal view, with the active cycle shown as six clear steps instead of being mixed with past renewal activity.
The updated view separates the renewal you are working on now from confirmed renewal history handled through Lurnor. That gives you a cleaner way to see what has already been completed, what still needs attention, and which part of the process you are in.
One place for the license details you need
From the Nevada license and renewal view, you can add or find a Nevada license, review permit information, and start a renewal when you are eligible. If a renewal already exists, you can open the related renewal documents from the same area.
Mailed renewal paperwork is also easier to follow when tracking is available, so the renewal view can show more than the online steps alone. A license can still be removed from your account, but only after you confirm that choice.
Signature authorization before the packet moves forward
The renewal process now requires you to authorize use of your saved electronic signature for the specific Form 580 renewal packet before payment and packet preparation continue.
That authorization is tied to the renewal at hand, so the view can show whether the required signature approval is already in place or still needs your attention before the packet proceeds.
