Clear choices for Nevada Form 580 renewal packets

Eligible Nevada real-estate agents who have completed continuing education now see two direct choices for a standard license renewal: download the Form 580 packet for self-mailing, or use assisted renewal support.

The self-mail option gives you a prepared, unsigned packet. You review it, print it, sign it, and send it to the Nevada Real Estate Division yourself. The instructions make clear that Lurnor is not submitting that packet on your behalf.

Choose the level of help you want

The renewal screen describes the choices in everyday terms. One choice is to download the forms. The other is to have Lurnor help prepare and mail the packet.

That keeps the decision focused on the next practical step. You can handle the mailing yourself with a prepared Form 580 packet, or you can choose assisted renewal support if you want help preparing and mailing it.

Packets appear only when renewal is ready

Agents who are not ready to renew will not be offered the packet yet. Form 580 support appears after continuing education is complete and the agent is eligible for the standard renewal step.

For Nevada agents ready to renew, the screen now separates self-mailing from assisted support before any packet is downloaded or mailed.
