Course messages now keep the lesson in view

Learners can ask a question from the lesson page that prompted it, with the course, lesson, and page reference kept visible. Instructors can review the same reference, open the lesson, and choose whether to use a suggested reply.

Course messages now keep the lesson in view

A question about a course page now carries the page with it, so the learner and instructor can start from the same place.

For Nevada real-estate learners, messaging opened from a lesson page now shows a clear course, lesson, and page reference in the message workspace. After the first message is sent, that reference remains visible instead of disappearing into the conversation.

Help from the point of confusion

Learners no longer have to restate where a question came from after opening a message from a lesson page. The course, lesson, and page reference stays attached to the conversation, giving the instructor the same starting point the learner had.

That shared reference supports clearer instructional help inside a regulated course experience: the question stays connected to the material that prompted it, and the answer can be written with the right course page in view.

A clearer instructor inbox

Instructors now have conversations, message chains, and course references organized in one place. Search and simple filters help them review messages without losing the course connection behind each question.

An instructor assigned to the learner’s course can open the referenced lesson page directly while responding. For eligible conversations linked to a lesson, an instructor-only suggested reply option is also available.

The instructor stays in control of the response. They can review the draft, use it, edit it, dismiss it, or ignore it and send their own answer. Nothing is sent automatically on an instructor’s behalf.
