Instructor recruiting opens for Nevada real-estate CE
Prospective instructors can now start with Lurnor directly, complete the current Instructor Agreement, and choose whether they are open to school recruitment. Schools also have a direct way to find available instructors who have opted in.

Prospective Nevada real-estate continuing-education instructors no longer need to wait for a school invitation before starting their Lurnor onboarding. You can review the public instructor recruiting page, sign up, complete onboarding, accept the current Instructor Agreement, and indicate whether you are open to being recruited by participating schools.
The updated path supports instructors who have relevant subject-area expertise and want a more direct way to make that availability known. The recruiting page now frames the opportunity around that expertise and explains that participating schools may recruit instructors through Lurnor.
The current Instructor Agreement also makes the recruiting relationship more explicit. It covers school recruitment, use of the instructor’s signature where authorized, instructor-of-record responsibilities, response expectations, information shared with schools, and the instructor’s ability to withdraw future availability.
A direct recruiting option for schools
Schools now have an Available area for finding instructors who have opted in and completed the current agreement. From there, a school can recruit an available instructor directly into its roster instead of beginning with an email invitation.
That gives schools another practical way to organize teaching support while keeping the compliance steps that follow in place, including sponsor certification, course assignment, regulator submission steps, and course packet generation.
The public recruiting page has also been adjusted to match the broader opt-in model. Its compensation language is narrower, so it does not overstate school-sponsored arrangements while still giving prospective instructors a route to make their availability known.
