The first step on the learner dashboard can now be license confirmation for Nevada agents who sign in before adding a license, when Lurnor can confidently identify a likely NRED match.

Instead of asking the learner to start from a blank license entry in that situation, the dashboard presents the likely license prominently at the start of the experience and asks the agent to confirm it. The prompt focuses on details a licensee can recognize from their own Nevada license record: the name on the license, license number, brokerage, and expiration date.

Confirm the license before choosing CE

A confirmed license gives Lurnor the information it needs to guide the learner toward continuing education courses that fit their renewal needs. The course direction follows the license the agent confirms, so the dashboard can connect the sign-in experience to the learner’s Nevada continuing education path.

Agents who do not see a suggested match can still add their license manually as before. That keeps the dashboard usable whether Lurnor can confidently identify a likely NRED license at sign-in or the learner needs to enter the license themselves.
