License profiles add permit review and removal controls

Nevada real-estate professionals can review suggested permit records before adding them to a license profile. Permits are not attached automatically, and each one can be removed later with confirmation.

License profiles add permit review and removal controls

Suggested permit records on a Nevada license profile now require explicit review before they are added. For real-estate professionals managing license information in Lurnor, permit details can be reviewed as related records without being attached to the profile by default.

The update treats permit suggestions as something you confirm, not something the system assumes. For a license profile that may have related permit records, Lurnor can present those records as suggestions for review. You choose which suggested permits belong in the profile and skip any that do not apply.

That review step helps keep the main license profile from picking up permit information by mistake, especially where related records may look connected but still need the professional’s confirmation.

Permit records can be removed one at a time

A permit that appears later on a profile now has its own removal control. Before the permit is removed, a confirmation step asks for explicit confirmation, so a change to the profile is deliberate rather than accidental.

This is handled per permit, which means one permit can be removed without treating all permit information as a single block.

License status stays separate from permit details

The license profile also separates license status from permit information. That distinction helps show what is tied to the main Nevada real-estate license and what is connected to related permits.

For professionals reviewing their profile, the page now supports a more careful pattern: review suggested permits, confirm only the ones that belong, skip the ones that do not, and remove a permit later if it is not theirs.
