Lurnor adds bundle-hour redemption and improved learner billing

Nevada real-estate agents can see remaining CE bundle hours, use eligible prepaid hours at enrollment, and review purchase and redemption history. Saved-card options also make future course purchases simpler without blurring whether checkout uses bundle hours or a new payment.

Lurnor adds bundle-hour redemption and improved learner billing

Continuing education billing now has a clearer home for Nevada agents who buy courses or use prepaid bundle hours.

From the billing page, learners can buy the Distance Ed Bundle when it is available and see how many CE bundle hours remain. Those hours can be used to enroll in eligible 3-hour distance education courses from the catalog or from a course page, instead of paying again at checkout.

Use bundle hours at checkout

Checkout choices make the difference between prepaid hours and a new payment easier to see. Bundle usage stays visible, so learners can tell when remaining CE hours are being spent on an eligible course.

The experience is built around the purchase decision in front of the learner: use available bundle hours for an eligible 3-hour distance education course, or make a new payment when bundle hours are not being used.

Review purchases, redemptions, and refunds

The billing page shows purchase and redemption history with the details tied to each entry:

  • Course titles
  • Dates
  • Hours used
  • Amount paid
  • Transaction ID
  • Refund status

Refund status is shown clearly, so a learner can review whether a past purchase or redemption has been refunded without guessing from the rest of the transaction details.

Manage a saved card

Learners can add or replace a saved card from billing. During checkout, they can also choose to save a card and use it for future course purchases, avoiding the need to re-enter payment details on later paid checkouts.
