Redesigned license experience becomes the learner default

Real estate professionals now land in the redesigned license experience by default, with credential-focused license information and linked permit review activity available from the learner dashboard. License confirmation steps can also return learners to the final exam flow once the license step is complete.

Redesigned license experience becomes the learner default

The license area learners reach from the dashboard now centers the credential first, giving real estate professionals a more direct place to review license-related information and see linked permit review activity.

Returning to license tasks also stays inside the redesigned experience. Learners are no longer sent through the older license experience when they move back into license-related work from the dashboard, so the path remains consistent while they review credential details or continue a license task.

Continuity around final exams

Final exams can involve a compliance-sensitive checkpoint when a learner is asked to connect or confirm license information before continuing. After that step is complete, Lurnor can bring the learner back to the exam flow instead of leaving them to find their way back manually.

That keeps the learning path focused without changing the compliance boundary. License information still has to be handled carefully, and exam access still depends on the steps required for the course experience.

This update is about clarity and continuity for learners. It does not expand who operates Lurnor, change regulator-facing requirements, or alter the boundaries around license renewal or reinstatement support.
