Clearer compliance rollups and delivery tracking for schools
School operators and administrators can now review Nevada compliance obligations across more than one school, then open a school-specific view when they need detail. Reporting and delivery tracking now distinguish what was sent, delivered, still open, or failed.
One administrator can now review Nevada reporting obligations across the schools they oversee, then open a specific school to see the same compliance view available to that school’s staff.
For operators responsible for more than one Nevada school, the all-school view gives a single summary of each school’s compliance obligations without losing the school-level detail needed for follow-up. Superusers have the same broader view, so oversight can happen across schools while still keeping each school’s reporting picture available on its own.
Reporting states are more specific
The dashboard now separates reporting activity into four clear states:
- Delivered
- Sent
- Open
- Failed
Sent and Delivered are no longer treated as the same condition. A sent submission may still be in transit or awaiting confirmation, while a delivered submission has reached its destination. Open items remain unfinished, and failed items need attention.
That separation gives school operators a more accurate picture of Nevada reporting at the point where follow-up decisions are made. Instead of reading one broad status, you can see whether a reporting item has actually arrived, is still moving, remains open, or needs correction.
Regulatory packet tracking reflects the delivery path
Delivery tracking for regulatory packets is also more precise, including packets delivered by courier. Schools can monitor mailing progress without treating every packet as though it follows the same delivery path.
For Nevada compliance reporting, that distinction supports a more reliable record of what has been sent and what has reached its destination.
