Course approval tracking covers submission, verification, and packet review

Course approval tracking now covers more of the path a course takes before it is offered, giving school course operators a fuller view of where a course stands as it moves through approval.

Instead of a short setup checklist, the course approval view now reflects the lifecycle from early readiness through regulator submission, regulator entry, verification, and active offering status. That makes the approval record easier to review without collapsing different stages into one narrow setup step.

For Nevada courses, an approval number no longer stands on its own. Once an approval number is recorded, Lurnor checks it against the regulator’s approved-course list before treating the course as state approved. The check helps reduce the risk of offering a course based on an approval number that has not been verified against the regulator’s own list.

Packet review before delivery

The approval packet also has a more faithful internal review step. Lurnor’s internal compliance team can now review the actual compiled approval packet in the browser before it is delivered.

That review is tied to the packet as it will be submitted, not only to separate setup information. For compliance work, reviewing the compiled packet helps the internal team check the same assembled materials that are headed to the regulator.

Together, the lifecycle view, Nevada approval-number verification, and compiled-packet review make course approval records easier to understand and safer to rely on before a course moves into active offering status.
