Nevada instructor documents connect to course approval packets
Lurnor expanded instructor compliance support for Nevada schools and instructors. Credential files, school sponsor review, and Form 635 materials can now stay aligned as a course approval packet is prepared.

Credential materials for Nevada instructors can now stay in one place as schools prepare for Nevada Real Estate Division use. Instructors can keep key materials together, including resumes, license copies, and certifications, so the documents tied to their teaching qualifications are available for review.
School administrators can review instructor readiness for Nevada course approval preparation with the required materials and Nevada license information in view. The school’s sponsor qualification review can also be recorded using Form 635/NAC 645.575-aligned qualification language, keeping the review tied to the same instructor record used during packet preparation.
From instructor readiness to packet preparation
Nevada course approval work includes both the course materials and the instructor materials that support the application. Once an instructor is selected for a Nevada course approval packet, Lurnor can include the completed Form 635 application materials and supporting instructor documents alongside the course materials.
That connection helps schools keep instructor readiness, course approval preparation, and regulatory documentation in one governed process. Instead of treating instructor files as separate from the course approval packet, the materials needed for Nevada Real Estate Division use can remain aligned from review through submission preparation.
For schools and instructors, the update supports a more organized compliance record around who is prepared to teach a Nevada course and which documents are on file to support that role.
