State approval review centers the regulator document

School administrators can upload the regulator approval document, check the approval number and term details shown from it, and confirm only when the information matches. Course availability stays tied to confirmed approval and Lurnor’s course-readiness checks.

State approval review centers the regulator document

The regulator approval document now drives the school approval step before a Nevada real-estate continuing education course can be offered.

School administrators can upload the approval document, review the approval number and approval term details presented from that document, and confirm the approval only when the information matches. If the document is wrong or the details do not line up, the school can cancel and upload the correct document instead of relying on free-form manual entry.

The approval document stays at the center of the decision, so course availability follows confirmed approval rather than typed-in details alone.

The review supports licensed schools as well as course-owning schools, keeping the approval step connected to the way schools actually manage Nevada continuing education. Once confirmed, the approval works with the rest of Lurnor’s course-readiness checks so a course is offered only after the required approval information is in place.

Authorized administrators also have a controlled path to record regulator-confirmed approval when confirmation happens outside the normal document flow. That path requires an approval number before it can be used, preserving a structured approval record even when the school is not completing the standard upload-and-review step.
